How fast do orders ship?+
Orders ship within 24 hours to addresses in the United States, in discreet packaging. Orders placed on weekends or holidays ship the next business day. Shipping is free on orders over $200.
Where do I find a product’s certificate of analysis?+
On each product page, under its batches. You’ll see the lot number, HPLC purity, measured content, identity result and the lab’s report number for every batch.
How do quantity discounts work?+
Buy 3 or more vials of the same product for 10% off, 5 or more for 20% off, or 10 or more for 30% off. It’s applied automatically in your cart. Discounts don’t stack with coupons; the larger saving is used.
